Now, more than ever, women seek a long, fulfilling and active
sex life. The key to that was confirmed through a discovery by Dr.
Arnold Kegel in his early work
with his wife in the 1940's.
By toning and exercising the PC (short for pubococcygeus)
muscle (both men and women have it!) stronger orgasms, pleasurable
feelings and overall continence and health are achieved.
For women, childbirth and the natural aging
process can weaken the PC muscle, situated at the pelvic floor,
causing incontinence and a loss of pleasure or even orgasm.
Exercising this muscle both tones and strengthens it.
effective way to strengthen a muscle is
by weight resistance training. This involves exercising the muscle
against a resistance. Using the ÉNERGIE™
Kegel exerciser will provide a
safe and pleasurable way to maintain and tone your PC muscle.
Another great way to strengthen those vaginal muscles is using two
balls... like Ben Wa balls. Starting out as an ancient health practice
for women in Asia, Ben Wa balls ( which roughly translates as "vagina
balls") were usually made of a heavy metal (like lead or brass!).
Needless to say, creating sex toys for today's women, manufacturers are
aware of the toxicity of these types of metals, especially lead, hence
new variations of the balls are made of non-toxic materials, such as
silicone. We carry the high quality Fun Factory™ product called "Smartballs" and they are easy to use, stay in place
and easy to keep clean!
Talk about strong... check out this video of
Tatiana Kozhenikova who
reportedly can lift up to 30 pounds of weight, just using the clenched
muscles of her vagina!
Which are the correct muscles to use for Kegel exercises?
Some people use the
wrong muscles when doing Kegel exercises. Instead of using the pelvic
muscles, they use their back, abdominal, or upper leg muscles. If you
use the wrong muscles, the Kegel exercises will not help you.
To make sure you
are using the right muscles, try the following:
Sit on the toilet.
While passing urine, tighten your muscles to stop the flow of urine. Do
this several times until you know what it feels like to tighten the
correct muscles. Once you have found the right muscles to use, only do
Kegel exercises when you are not urinating.
Lie down and put
one finger in your vagina. Tighten your vaginal muscles as if trying to
stop urine and a bowel movement from coming out. You should feel the
correct muscle tightening around your finger.
Kegel exercises matter

childbirth, surgery, aging and being overweight.

aren't helpful for women who unexpectedly leak small amounts of urine
due to a full bladder (overflow incontinence).

times in a row. Work up to keeping the muscles contracted for 10

Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises.

Inside each silicone ball are "floating" smaller metal balls that
softly, but silently rattle and vibrate while walking or moving, adding
a slight tingly sensation. The main concept is to use them as an
internal vaginal wall and pelvic floor muscle strengthening device,
while squeezing them inside the vagina.
Kegel exercises have been proven
to help women maintain these pelvic
muscles for more intense control during sex by squeezing tightly on
the PC muscle which is also vital for
women's continence health and rejuvenation after childbirth or
surgeries! Regardless of how you use them, you will
love the results!

any type of ball used for doing Kegel Exercizes. which

Twinny Balls are made from a premium grade elastomer that is 100%
body-safe and each has its own weight and size; they can also be used
alone or together. The weights are 30 grams and 40 grams, thus 70 grams
of weighted resistance, when worn together.
The weights freely roll within the outer casing, but they cannot be
heard while moving. As with all exercisers designed for doing Kegels,
they train and develop to tighten the vaginal and PC muscles,
which ultimately increases vaginal elasticity, orgasmic contractions
and increases bladder control.
Twinny Balls can be worn daily as a subtle stimulation while they are
doing their job to strengthen those muscles! Play with them during
foreplay and intercourse, too. To use, insert into the vagina and hold
them in place by squeezing your pelvic floor muscles.
