Discreet U.S. Shipping

We ship discreetly in plain brown boxes, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail boxes, or FedEx boxes. Only our initials (MTC) appear on the return shipping label [see example, right].

Standard shipping within the 50 United States is via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx Home [residence] or Ground [business].

Additional express delivery options via FedEx are available in the United States, and can be requested with a note placed in the "Customer Comments" field of your order just before completing the checkout process. See express shipping below for details.

We do our very best to stock all items at all times. However, occasionally we sell out of an item. Replacement inventory is usually received within two weeks.

You will receive an email confirming your shipment from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS.com) or FedEx (FedEx.com). If you have a spam filter, we recommend configuring it to allow emails from these two domains. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, email us at orders@medicaltoys.com, call us toll-free at 800.791.3931, or use our order status request form to request order status information.

*Important Note: For your protection, all orders over $150.00 require a signature upon receipt. However, you may choose to waive this signature requirement, thereby taking responsibility for loss or theft, by noting "No signature required" in the "Customer Comments" field of your order just before completing the checkout process.

Express Shipping

To request express shipping, state the desired express shipping method in the "Customer Comments" field of your order just before completing the checkout process. You are also welcome to phone in your express shipping request to 1-800-791-3931, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific time. Express shipping requests must be received by 11 AM Pacific time to ship the same day.

The express shipping charges cited below are in excess of standard shipping charges, and are added to your order after the order is placed. Unless you ask us (in the "Customer Comments" field) to obtain your approval for the additional express shipping charges, we will automatically add the cost of express shipping and ship your order immediately. Please note that requesting approval may delay your shipment.

The following express shipping methods are available in the United States:

Overnight - Next Business Day  Signature required on orders over $150.00*

• FedEx Standard Overnight service.
• Available to most United States addresses.
• Not available to international, APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
• Orders shipped Friday will arrive Monday.
• Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM Pacific time to ship the same day.
• Generally adds $28 to $50 to the standard shipping fee.

Second Business Day  Signature required on orders over $150.00*

• FedEx Second Day or U.S. Postal Service Express Mail service.
• Available to all United States addresses, including APOs, FPOs, and PO Boxes.
• Not available to international addresses.
• Orders shipped Thursday will arrive Monday.
• Orders shipped Friday will arrive Tuesday.
• Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM Pacific time to ship the same day.
• Generally adds $13 to $35 to the standard shipping fee.

Third Business Day  Signature required on orders over $150.00*

• FedEx Express Saver Third Day service.
• Available to most United States addresses.
• Not available to international, APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
• Orders shipped Wednesday will arrive Monday.
• Orders shipped Thursday will arrive Tuesday.
• Orders shipped Friday will arrive Wednesday.
• Delivery may be as late as 5 PM to businesses and 7 PM to residences.
• Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM Pacific time to ship the same day.
• Generally adds $5 to $10 to the standard shipping fee.

Saturday Delivery  Signature required on orders over $150.00*

• FedEx (Overnight) Saturday Delivery service.
• Available to many, but not all, United States addresses.
• Not available to international, APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
• Orders shipped Friday will arrive Saturday.
• Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM Pacific time to ship the same day.
• Generally adds $45 to $58 to the standard shipping fee.
