International Shipping
We ship internationally via U.S. Postal Service Global
Express Air Mail, which includes insurance and tracking and via U.S.
Postal Service Priority Air Mail to Canada. International shipments are
shipped in plain brown packaging or in boxes provided by the U.S.
Postal Service for Priority or Global Express shipments. Our return
shipping label identifies the source of the shipment only by our
initials, 'MTC'.
We do our very best to stock all items at all
times. However, occasionally we sell out of an item. Replacement
inventory is usually received within two weeks. It is our
policy to ship international shipments complete. Therefore, we will
hold your order until all backordered items are available to ship. You
will not be charged until your order ships.
You will receive an email confirming your shipment from
the U.S. Postal Service (USPS.com). If you have a spam filter, we
recommend configuring it to allow emails from USPS.com. If you do not
receive a shipping confirmation email, email us at orders@medicaltoys.com, call
us 707.476.0109, or use our order status request
form to request order status information.
Our secure shopping cart will automatically add the
appropriate international shipping and handling fees to your order
according to the rate tables below.

Customs, Duties & Import Laws
Please note that we have no control over international
import laws. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and other
import charges that may arise as your order passes through Customs in
your country.
It is your responsibility to determine whether our
products may be legally imported into your country. We will not refund
the shipping and handling fee if your order is returned to us by your
country's Customs agents.
Sorry, but we cannot honor requests to "fudge" the
Customs paperwork. International laws and shipping insurance policies
forbid us from indicating that an order is a gift or sample, and forbid
modification of the invoice to indicate a lesser than actual price paid.
We are also compelled by international law to indicate
the contents of the package for the purposes of clearing Customs. We do
so as discreetly as is legally possible.
