Ordering Online with a Credit
Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover cards online via our secure online shopping cart. To order,
simply use our online
catalog to add the items you want to buy to the shopping cart,
check out, and select the payment type that matches your credit card.
Ordering Online with a Gift Card
To use a gift card to pay for part or all of your
order, note in the Customer Comments section of your order
that you would like to use your gift card, and specify the number on
the back of the gift card. Your gift card balance will be applied to
the balance due. If any balance remains due, a check, money order, or
credit card will be required.
Ordering Online with a Check or
Money Order
We accept money orders, international banque
cheques (payable in US$) and U.S. personal checks. Orders paid for
via check or money order may be held until the check or money order has
cleared the bank.
To place an order using our online shopping cart
and pay via check or money order, follow the following procedure:
- Put the items you are ordering in the Secure
Online Shopping Cart
- When you are ready to check out, choose the
"Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail" payment option.
- Fill in your contact information in the online
form.
- Submit the order, and a completed order form
will appear on screen.
- Print the order form and mail with your
personal check, international bank check, or money order payable in US$

Ordering by Phone, Fax or Mail

707.476.0109. Feel free to phone in your order between 9 AM and 5 PM
Pacific time, Monday through Friday.
You can also fax your order to us using our
toll-free fax line, 1.800.656.4480 or 707.476.0112. Just use the online
shopping cart's Pay by Fax option to print an order form, add your
credit card information, and fax it in any time of the day or night.
To fax, phone, or mail in an order using online
shopping cart, use the following procedure:
- Put the items you are ordering in the Secure
Online Shopping Cart
- When you are ready to check out, choose the
"Pay by Mail (Printable Order Form)", the "Pay by Fax (Printable Order
Form)", or the "Pay by Phone (Printable Order Form)" payment option.
- Fill in your contact information in the online
form.
- Submit the order, and a completed order form
will appear on screen.
- Print the order form.
- If ordering by phone, have the printed order
form handy and give us a call at 1.800.791.3931 or 707.476.0109 between
9 AM and 5 PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday.
- If ordering by fax, write your credit card
information on the printed order form and fax to 1.800.646.4480 or
707.476.0112.
- If ordering by mail, mail the printed order
form along with your personal check, international bank check, or money
order payable in US$ to:
