To
purchase a MedicalToys.com gift card simply choose the total amount that
you would like for the card: $25.00, $50.00, $100.00, etc. from the pull
down box above, enter the amount of cards you would like and click
on "Add to Cart".
The Gift Cards are sent via
USPS (U.S. Postal Service) Priority Mail, however, if you need the card
sooner, please feel free to phone in the Gift Card order at 1-800-791-3931
and we can issue your Gift Card's corresponding 16-digit number, 24 hours
after processing your credit card. Remember, valid billing address and
CVV codes (the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card) are needed
to process any credit card orders.
If you are ordering the MedicalToys.com
Gift Card as a gift or a pre-paid shopping card to be sent to another address,
be sure to fill in the correct name and address of the recipient in the
"Shipping Information" area of the shopping cart or have that complete
information available at the time of your phone-in order.
How do I use my new Gift Card from MedicalToys.com?
Using
the MTC Gift Card online at MedicalToys.com is simple and easy. Just select
the item(s) that you would like to order and place it/them in your cart.
When you check out, you will be given the option to pay for your order
on-line by choosing "Secure Online Credit Card Payment", then click the
"Go To Checkout" box. Fill in the Billing and/or Shipping information and
click on the "Continue" button. Then choose "Gift Card" as your form of
payment and enter your card number and finish your ordering transaction
(remember to hit the final "Submit" button!). Your Gift Card balance will
be applied when we receive and process the order.
If your order total is less
than the amount on your Gift Card, the remaining amount will be available
on your card for future orders. If the total order amount is more than
what is currently available on the Gift Card, you must pay the difference
with a credit card or re-charge the Gift Card or use other MedicalToys.com
Gift Cards with an open balance.
You can also use the Gift
Card with Phone-in (1-800-791-3931), Fax-In (1-800-656-4480) or Mail-In
orders... it's just like a credit card without the bill at the end of the
month!
How
quickly can I use my card?
As
soon as you receive it! There is no activation process required, so it
is ready to use as soon as we process your payment for the Gift Card(s)
and you receive it/them.

How
do I use both the Gift Card and my Visa (Amex, Discover or Mastercard)
for a purchase over the MTC Gift Card amount?
If
your order total is more than the amount available on your Gift Card, you
will need to pay for the balance with additional Gift Cards or a credit
card. To do so with a credit card, be sure to use the standard credit card
fill-in section of the shopping cart with your full credit card information
(it is encrypted for security). Then use "Customer Comment" field to fill
in your Gift Card 16-digit number that appears on the back of the card.
We will calculate and apply the differences when the order is processed.

Can
a Gift Card be Returned and Refunded?
Gift
Cards are not returnable and not refundable. However, to return discrepant
or faulty merchandise which was purchased using your Gift Card,
please contact us immediately at our toll-free phone number 1-800-791-3931
for resolution of an exchange or refund. If it is necessary to refund the
transaction, the amount will be credited directly back to your Gift Card,
so please do not throw away your Gift Card or number.

do I check my Gift Card's remaining balance and transactions?
To
check the current balance on your Gift Card, go to the website listed on
the back of your MedicalToys.com Gift Card: http://www.rewardforloyalty.com/cardaccess
then enter your 16-digit card number (located on the back of your Gift
Card) in the space provided and click "Check Balance". A list of your most
recent transactions and your current balance will be displayed.

or Stolen Gift Cards
We're
sorry, but Gift Cards are just like cash. If you lose your card, we cannot
